Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

All orders at Butter Lash Lab are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

If you have entered an incorrect address with your order, please email us at hello@butterlashlab.com as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct the address before your order is dispatched.

In cases where an order is shipped with an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a $15 service fee will be charged along with the original flat shipping fee of $10. If you choose to cancel your order under these circumstances, we will refund the amount minus the original shipping fee. The $15 service fee partially covers the cost incurred from Canada Post to return the package to us.

For all shipments within Canada, a flat rate of $10 is charged for orders under $100. Orders exceeding $100 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Standards

  • Orders within BC and Alberta typically arrive within 1-2 business days.
  • Deliveries to other parts of Canada are expected to take 3-7 business days.

Please note: These timings do not include processing times. Factors such as holidays, customs, and weather delays may impact delivery times, and we can only provide shipping estimates based on Canada Post's guidelines.

Returns

Butter Lash Lab offers a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, in its original packaging, and with the seal intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please be aware that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned to us without prior communication will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
